Algeria manager at the 2026 World Cup, Rafik Belghali (24) is also coming off a good season in Serie A under the colors of Hellas Verona, despite the Italian club’s relegation to the second division. As previously indicated, Verona is forced to sell to replenish its coffers and has for several weeks noted the departure of its right side, although under contract until 2029. If AS Roma, Newcastle, Inter Milan or even Olympique de Marseille have monitored his profile, none of these clubs have really taken action. But as the end of the transfer market approaches, Belghali is indeed very close to leaving.

Indeed, Hellas is in advanced discussions with Torino for the transfer of the former Lommel player, for an amount estimated at 7 million euros. Tracked since the start of the summer by the Turin club, he would come in particular to compensate for the departure of Marcus Holmgren Pedersen, who left for Olympiakos, a few weeks ago. Be careful, however, since a last minute surprise cannot be ruled out: a club is always on the lookout in the file.
