Chelsea should pass the 400 million euro spending mark quite easily this summer. As revealed by Fabrizio Romano and Sky Sports Italythe Blues have just reached an agreement with Atalanta Bergamo for the transfer of Honest Ahanor. The 18-year-old central defender played 22 Serie A matches last season with the Bergamo club, who bought him for 17 million euros a year ago from Genoa.
According to skyChelsea will pay close to 48 million euros to secure the services of the Italian international (2 selections). Honest Ahanor will be added to a long list of recruits who arrived this summer at the Blues: Morgan Rogers (€138 million), Maxence Lacroix (€60 million), Marco Palestra (€57 million), Geovany Quenda (€50 million), Valentin Barco (€50 million), Emanuel Emegha (€25 million), Pep Chavarria (€19 million), Denner (€10 million), Danny Welbeck (€6 million) or Dastan Satpaev (€2.4 million).
