Juventus is now very close to finding a way out for Jonathan David. Arriving free from Lille last summer, the Canadian striker could already leave Turin after a lackluster first season in Serie A, with 6 goals and 4 assists in 35 league matches.

And the outcome seems imminent. According to Fabrizio Romano, Atlético de Madrid has reached an agreement with Juventus for Jonathan David, as part of a loan with an option to purchase, during which Atlético will cover more than 50% of the Canadian’s salary. The player has already given his agreement and is ready to join the Madrid club, which could therefore complete the operation in the coming hours.
