Galatasaray tried its luck for Bilal El Khannouss as we revealed to you in recent days, but Stuttgart refused the Istanbul club’s first offensive. According to our information, the Turkish offer amounted to €22 million excluding bonuses, an amount considered largely insufficient by the German club, which is only considering a departure from its midfielder in exchange for much higher compensation.

Stuttgart, which must still make sales this summer, hopes to recover around €60 million for the Moroccan, who has become one of the main values of its squad after his first successful season in Germany. Aware of the need to recover millions of euros before the end of the summer, the German club would welcome the departure of El Khannouss even if it would be a big sporting loss. But the file does not only depend on the demands of VfB: El Khannouss feels good in Stuttgart and still wants to stay there, with an important role awaiting him and above all the prospect of discovering the Champions League.
