French team: the FFF unveils Zinedine Zidane's new staff

Zinedine Zidane’s adventure with the France team is about to begin. We will have to be patient for another month before seeing the Blues again with their brand new coach. The first list should come out around mid-September during the first three matches counting for the Nations League. There will be a trip to Turkey (September 25), then to Belgium (September 28) before the big home debut on October 2 against… Italy. In this staff, we find some well-known faces like that of Fabien Barthez, goalkeeping coach who succeeds Franck Raviot. Zidane’s assistant during his period at Real Madrid, David Bettoni returns to his position and takes over from Guy Stéphan. Also anticipated and loyal among the faithful of the coach, Hamidou Msaidie is there as another assistant. Grégory Dupont (strategy and performance advisor), Stéphane Plancque (observer) are there.
