Romelu Lukaku does not want to leave Naples

AS Monaco can already draw a line under Romelu Lukaku. While the Principality club had inquired about the situation of the Belgian striker, Sky Italia now announces that Fenerbahçe has entered into direct contact with his entourage. Discussions are ongoing and the Turkish club is particularly aggressive in this matter, with the club president personally involved in the negotiations.

A development that further distances Lukaku’s future in Naples, who is currently not involved in the discussions. The Belgian, also courted in MLS, is studying several options for the rest of his career. Fenerbahçe now appears to be a serious contender. To be continued…
