Arsenal are no longer just interested in Morgan Rogers. As the Gunners continue their discussions with Aston Villa to try to attract the English winger, the London club have also placed Ezri Konsa on their list of defensive priorities according to the Daily Mail. Indeed, Arsenal are reportedly preparing an offer for the 28-year-old central defender, whose contractual situation at Villa Park still remains uncertain.
Under contract until 2028 with Aston Villa, Konsa has not yet reached an agreement to extend its lease despite discussions underway. The England international, who is coming off a remarkable 2026 World Cup, would remain open to different possibilities regarding his future. Arsenal could therefore take advantage of this situation to try to convince the Villans, even if Unai Emery’s club claims not to want to part with its defender.
