The Istanbul club reached an agreement with its English counterpart for 20 million euros (18 + 2 bonus) for the transfer of the 31-year-old winger. Besiktas now wishes to find an agreement with the player, who says he is fully focused on his World Cup with Belgium, qualified for the 1/8 finals against the United States.
