Here we go again for a ride. After several days without much news on the Olise file – the press being mainly focused on this 2026 World Cup – the Spanish press is putting a coin back into the machine on this beautiful sunny day of Monday. Daily life A.S. confirms, if there was still a need, that Real Madrid is interested in the French player. The Iberian newspaper nevertheless specifies that the Merengues will not force Bayern Munich’s hand, and that they are waiting for the player to come forward or take the first step before possibly going on the attack.
In this case, it is therefore the 24-year-old player who will be the trigger. As the Spanish daily specifies, everything should be decided after the World Cup. A meeting is planned between the Bavarian management and the former Crystal Palace, in which the latter will convey – or not – his desires to leave. A necessary clarification which, in the event that the Blue wishes to leave, will trigger the operation for the Merengues.
Olise wants to do everything by the rules
The Iberian newspaper does not fail to point out that on the Bayern side, we are still quite worried, and that we fear that Real Madrid or other clubs could really seduce the player. Good news for the German champion all the same: Olise wants to be fair with his club in this matter, again according to the media. The player will keep Bayern informed of his intentions as a priority, and if he wants to leave, he will not force anything. He therefore has no intention of doing like Julián Álvarez, who for example spoke to make public his intentions to leave Atlético de Madrid.
It must be said that the intentions of the principal concerned are still quite vague, since certain German media evoked positive signals from the player’s entourage regarding an extension, while others indicated that he was rather attracted by the club in the Spanish capital. See you at the end of the World Cup to find out a little more about what will perhaps be the big transfer window of the summer. But before that, it’s time for Sweden for Olise!
