Sergi Roberto’s Italian adventure is coming to an end. Arriving in the summer of 2024 at Como 1907, the former captain of FC Barcelona and hero of the comeback against PSG will leave the Lombard club after two seasons spent in Serie A. At 34, the Spanish international is turning a new page in his career after having contributed to Como’s establishment in the Italian elite.
Under the orders of Cesc Fàbregas, Sergi Roberto brought his experience and leadership to an ambitious squad, for a total of 35 matches played, one goal and one assist. The Italian club announced the end of his adventure, wishing him the best for the future, while the versatile defender will have to find a new base.
