Verbal agreement reached between Bayern Munich and PSV for Ismael Saibari

At the age of 25, Ismael Saibari has once again delighted for PSV Eindhoven this season. The Moroccan international has posted some pretty impressive stats with 19 goals and 9 assists in 37 matches with the Dutch outfit.
