Giorgio Chiellini recently returned to the departure of Dusan Vlahovic. Officialized yesterday, the announcement marked a definitive separation between the Serbian striker and the Serie A team. Present at Juventus Club Montecitorio for an end-of-season meeting, the director of sports strategy of the Turin club therefore took the time to express his disappointment at the departure of the striker. “It pains me a lot, until the last moment, he remained attached to Juve” he confided.
Chiellini also wanted to praise the professionalism of the striker, while warning him. “He is a serious person, but at these figures, he will not stay in Italy, even if it is legitimate that he is looking for another type of contract” said the former Turin defender, explaining that the salary requested by the player was inappropriate. As a reminder, Juventus is looking for a new number nine this summer and the track leading to Randal Kolo Muani remains a priority in Turin.
