It is Kylian Mbappé who leads Nike’s new major advertising spot before the 2026 World Cup. Cristiano Ronaldo first appears in full disagreement with LeBron James, the other muse of the comma brand.

A month after the adidas advertisement with Timothée Chalamet, Lamine Yamal and Jude Bellingham as the main protagonists, as well as Lionel Messi and Bad Bunny as team bosses and Zinédine Zidane and Ousmane Dembélé who appear for a few seconds, Nike hits very hard with its new advertising campaign. The images were published this Thursday afternoon, a few days before the World Cup. The comma brand has brought together an XXL cast for a six-minute short film, with its superstars Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé, Vinicius but also LeBron James.

It is the “Kyks” which was chosen to open the Nike advertising spot. The captain of the French team is then in the middle of filming, in Blues uniform, and does not follow the instructions of the director of the sequence. We then discover other star footballers on the set like Erling Haaland, under the eyes of Kim Kardashian and Travis Scott. Vinicius then dribbles into a neighboring film studio, relayed by Raul Jimenez, before the intervention of a mischievous Mbappé.

Cristiano Ronaldo as a superhero

The advertising gives pride of place to all the muses of the American equipment manufacturer. Kylian Mbappé destroys a TV set bringing together Didier Drogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Eric Cantona is disturbed in the middle of filming a black and white film. Federico Valverde, Nico Williams, Cole Palmer and Bruno Fernandes also put on a show with leather on their feet.

We only find Cristiano Ronaldo later, in the middle of a meeting with LeBron James and the producers of this commercial. “CR7” in turn escapes with the ball and, tackled by Virgil van Dijk, is sent into a burning house! The five-time Ballon d’Or comes out alive, accompanied by the notes of Still DRE by Dr. Dre featuring Snoop Dogg. This advertisement entitled Rip The Script (rips the script) concludes with all the Nike players, for one last powerful action.
