Olympique Lyonnais is close to enlisting a second recruit during this summer transfer window, after Kaïl Boudache.

Financial fair play or not, Olympique Lyonnais does not intend to remain calm during the summer transfer window. Despite a budget that promises to be tight, like last season, OL intends to sell for around twenty million euros, and buy at a low price in order to strengthen its team while respecting an economic balance.

This weekend, The Team announced the arrival of Kaïl Boudach, revelation of the season with OGC Nice. The 19-year-old striker, revealed to France barely four months ago, will actually sign his first professional contract with the Rhone team and not with the Aiglons.

The French U17 international (1 selection) should not be the only one to come. According to several sources from Austria and France, Les Gones are very close to completing the arrival of Mads Bidstrup, midfielder for RB Salzburg.

A €15m recruit for OL?

The interest is mutual since the Dane, second most used outfield player by RBS this season, wishes to join Olympique Lyonnais. All that remains is for the two clubs to come to an agreement, and this could happen quickly since the general director of the Austrian team Markus Mann confirmed it with the Salzburger Nachrichten.

On the price side, the operation should be concluded for an amount between 10 and 15 million euros, again according to these same sources. Data which agrees with that of the specialized site Transfermarkt, which estimates the price of the 25-year-old player, under contract with Salzburg until 2029, at 13 million euros.
