Unless the situation changes, Bruno Genesio will succeed Habib Beye on the OM bench.

This time, there no longer seems to be room for doubt. Announced for several days as the big favorite to replace Habib Beye on the OM bench, Bruno Genesio will indeed settle down in the Marseille city.

After formalizing his departure from Losc, Bruno Genesio intensified his discussions with the new Marseille decision-makers, Stéphane Richard and Grégory Lorenzi. And he ended up agreeing to take control of the residents of the Stade Vélodrome, according to information from RMC Sports and Foot Mercato.

Genesio preferred OM to Monaco and Paris FC

Everything is almost complete, only a few details still need to be resolved to finalize his signature. RMC Sport mentions a two-year contract, plus an optional year.

Also tracked by AS Monaco and Paris FC, Bruno Genesio finally chose OM, seduced by the speech of the president and the sports director. The 59-year-old technician will thus experience a fourth club in Ligue 1, after OL, Rennes and Lille. As a reminder, the Olympian club will compete in the Europa League next season.
