After PSG’s victory in the Champions League on Saturday evening, the capital has clearly changed its design. Indeed, numerous street signs have made it possible to rename several corners of the City of Lights (14 in total) with players’ names written on them, as explained The Parisian. This artistic project, set up by Loïc Andria and Benoît Metivier, directed by Julia, founder of The True Frame, therefore surprised everyone in the aisles.

Boulevard Haussmann was transformed into Boulevard Ousmane, in reference to the 2025 Ballon d’Or, scorer in the final against Arsenal. The Bir-Hakeim bridge became Bir-Hakimi, and the rue de Doué also saw the light of day. The player’s full name and the words “Artisan of the first back to back” are also noted below the plaques. As a reminder, this idea had already been launched in 2025, but only one boulevard had been renamed.
