Large winner of Saint-Etienne this Friday evening (4-1), OGC Nice retains its place in Ligue 1. The Greens will play in Ligue 2 next season.

AS Saint-Etienne will not return to the elite of French football next season. After standing up to Nice in their Cauldron on Tuesday (0-0), the Greens were swept away in the return play-off at the Aiglons (4-1), this Friday evening, and will therefore experience a second season in a row in Ligue 2.
