Tomorrow at 6 p.m., Paris Saint-Germain will try to retain their Champions League title. For that, we will have to beat Arsenal. For this meeting, the capital club wanted to invite several former players and personalities from the house. There will be 34 of them. “On the occasion of the Champions League final, the President of Paris Saint-Germain wanted to bring together the great figures who have marked the history of the Club. More than twenty former players, from different generations, were present to share this exceptional event. Among them, names that resonate in the collective memory of Parisian supporters: Jimmy Algérino, Milan Bisevac, Clément Chantôme, Amara Diané, Didier Domi, Boukary Dramé, David Ginola, Ludovic Giuly, Guillaume Hoarau, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Christophe Jallet, Presnel Kimpembe, Laurent Leroy, Danijel Ljuboja, David Luiz, Claude Makélélé, Blaise Matuidi, Patrick Mboma, Jérémie Ménez, Bruno Ngotty, Bartholomew Ogbeche, Fabrice Pancrate, Javier Pastore, Pedro Miguel Pauleta, Eric Rabesandratana, Ronaldinho, Jérôme Rothen, Mamadou Sakho, Amara Simba, Salvatore Sirigu, Juan-Pablo Sorin, Siaka Tiéné, Sammy Traoré and Jean-Luc Vasseur. One generation after another, everyone will travel to experience this historic moment together.”we can read in the press release.

PSG continues: “this initiative embodies the continuity of the Paris Saint-Germain project, the transmission between generations and the history of a Club which has been able to write, chapter after chapter, its place on the European scene. Highlight of the evening, Presnel Kimpembe will have the honor of bringing the trophy onto the pitch at the start of the pre-match ceremony, as Javier Pastore did last year. A strong symbol entrusted to one of the emblematic figures of the Club, who alone embodies the pride of a golden generation of Paris Saint-Germain. From the player trained at the Club to the one who wore the Parisian colors on the biggest international stages, each person embodies a part of the heritage of Paris Saint-Germain and has contributed, in their own way, to building the PSG of today. The presence of these Parisian legends in Budapest takes on particular significance. Beyond the tribute paid to those who wrote the history of the Club, Paris Saint-Germain celebrates what makes it unique: a strong link between its past, its present and its future, carried by those who have contributed to making Paris and its colors shine throughout the world.
