Guest at the radio microphone HERE Paris Île-de-FranceEmmanuel Grégoire was once again questioned on the file of the sale of the Parc des Princes. As a reminder, Anne Hidalgo’s successor was clearly in favor of the sale of the Parisian den to Paris Saint-Germain. However, the capital’s new strongman refused to estimate the sale price of the famous stadium. The new mayor of Paris has in fact explained that he “will not provide its working hypotheses on the sale price, since it is confidential and it is part of the tactical and strategic negotiation game. There are plenty of intelligent people who will look at the cradle and help us find the right value. The only question is obviously whether PSG agrees to align itself with what is considered by the competent authorities to be the right value for the Parc des Princes, and it is a property which is difficult to evaluate because it depends on many criteria.he explained, before mentioning press rumors suggesting a sale price of between €200 million and €350 million.

“I regret when figures are thrown around like that, because there are lots of subjects that are not taken into account such as the scope, duration, constraints, etc. There is no formal evaluation by the competent services. I think it’s ‘Carpet Radio’ which has no value. In any case, the documents in question were not produced to me, I eagerly requested them after hearing these figures”. We won’t know more.
