CdM 2026: the FFF wants to broadcast the Blues matches in the cinema

A little over a week ago, Didier Deschamps unveiled the list of 26 Blues who will defend the country’s colors during the 2026 World Cup. This Friday, Philippe Diallo, president of the FFF, spoke about this summer meeting, he who wants to take advantage of it to bring everyone together around the ball.

He thus revealed on France-Info that the FFF “is considering using cinema networks to broadcast our matches for free”. Then he added: “Football and the World Cup must remain popular and therefore accessible to all. So we will do everything we can to ensure that this World Cup also takes place in France, for those who will not go to the United States. The FFF will take a certain number of initiatives.
