Thunderbolt in Brazil! Absent from the selection since 2023, Neymar will make his comeback within the Seleçao for the 2026 World Cup, which will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
The Santos striker was recalled by Carlo Ancelotti, who revealed his list of 26 players selected for the tournament this Monday at 11 p.m. (French time). At 34, the top scorer in Brazilian history will therefore be playing in the fourth World Cup of his career.
Endrick on the list
After a series of injuries, the “Ney” embarked on a race against time to be physically ready and thus convince Carlo Ancelotti to take him to the American continent. A successful bet for one that was demanded by a large part of the country.
Also note the presence of Endrick and Lucas Paqueta. PSG captain Marquinhos was unsurprisingly called up, as were Raphinha and Vinicius Junior.
