Despite another exceptional season, PSG would seek to strengthen and could put 150 million euros on the table for a renowned striker.

If the Luis Campos method is praised from all sides, the Portuguese sports director appearing as the main architect of the success of the Parisian project, the last summer transfer window of PSG will not have been a success.

Recruited for 40 million euros, Lucas Chevalier lost his starting place at the start of winter and Ilya Zabarnyi, purchased for no less than 63 million euros, failed to establish himself and already no longer appears as the one who should take over from Marquinhos in central defense.

The search for a central defender capable of replacing the Brazilian will also be one of the priorities of the Parisian leaders. But according to El Chiringuito, PSG has other projects in mind. Despite their offensive strike force, the capital club would indeed consider strengthening their attack by recruiting a renowned center forward.

An arrival with serious consequences?

To this end, the Rouge et Bleus would discuss with Atletico Madrid about Julian Alvarez, author of 20 goals and 9 assists in 49 matches in all competitions. The Colchoneros would be ready to let their star striker go but would ask for no less than 150 million euros to consider his departure. A sum which would have cooled Barça, where the future of Robert Lewandowski is dotted.

The arrival of Julian Alvarez in the capital would redistribute the cards within the Parisian attack. It would shift Ousmane Dembélé to the right flank and Désiré gifted would therefore have to be content with a luxury joker role or play lower down. As for Gonçalo Ramos and Bradley Barcola, their future would become even more obscure.
