For the reception of Brest, Luis Enrique will have to do without the services of several important players.

Four days after qualifying for the Champions League final, Paris Saint-Germain will return to Ligue 1 on Sunday evening. On the occasion of the 33rd day, the capital club will welcome Brest to the Parc des Princes.

Six Parisian players will be absent from the Breton team’s reception, three of whom started last Wednesday. Indeed, Willian Pacho and Nuno Mendes are affected in the right thigh according to the medial point of the reigning European champions. As for Warren Zaire-Emery, he “suffers from lower back pain and will remain in care for the next few days.”

Luis Enrique should therefore rotate his squad. “There will be titis. I hope none will be criticized. We talked about that to be ready. There is no serious problem (for the injured). It shows the level of intensity we had to overcome.”explained the Spanish technician this Saturday at a press conference.

Luis Enrique will spin, but not too much either

However, certain indisputable holders will have to play against Brest. “To get to the Champions League final, you have to have competitive minutes. But this presents risks. You have to see the number of minutes for each player. The calendar allows us to do so”judged the former coach of La Roja.

The other three players unavailable are Quentin Ndjantou, Achraf Hakimi and Lucas Chevalier, who “continue their treatment protocol”. As a reminder, PSG cannot be officially crowned French champions this weekend.
