Despite the qualification won by PSG, Samir Nasri hardly appreciated the spectacle offered by the two teams on Wednesday.

Eight days after the incredible symphony of the first leg, Bayern and PSG offered a completely different match on Wednesday on the lawn of the Allianz Arena. And if this second round started on the same basis as the first round, Ousmane Dembélé opening the scoring after less than three minutes, the match was of a completely different character.

Building on their victory in the first leg (5-4) and this advantage taken from the start, Luis Enrique’s men effectively locked down the game and the Bavarians came up against a real wall, only finding the opening in the final moments of added time. Enough to upset Samir Nasri, not thrilled by this second round between Bayern and PSG.

“I didn’t think it was a great match. Honestly… Manuel Neuer’s ‘fantastic’ saves that you describe, I didn’t see them, he said to Hervé Mathoux, nevertheless paying tribute to the solidity of Parisians:
“On the other hand, I find that this PSG is terrifying because it is capable of suffering and defending well. And that, for me, is a lesson, because I have always seen PSG ultra-dominant. »

PSG favorite against Arsenal

“On the other hand, I saw a lot of technical approximations in this match, on both sides, he insisted. So yes, it’s historic because Paris qualifies for the second time in two years, but I didn’t think it was a great match. »

Samir Nasri nevertheless considers PSG as the favorite for the upcoming final against Arsenal on May 30. “In a match, anything is possible. But on what PSG is developing, I see it as the favorite, he asserted. Arsenal, on the other hand, are going to be in a look that they like. They will wait for PSG, they will try to do a bit of what PSG did this evening. But despite everything, I see PSG winning. »
