PSG: Luis Enrique launches the shock against Bayern Munich

It’s the big day. This evening, Paris Saint-Germain will face Bayern Munich in the semi-final first leg of the Champions League. To referee this clash, the Swiss-German Sandro Schärer was appointed. He will be accompanied in particular by Carlos del Cerro Grande and Guillermo Cuadra Fernandez, who will be in charge of video refereeing. A duo that does not bring back good memories for Ile-de-France residents according to The Parisian.

The two referees were already in charge during the quarter-final first leg between PSG and Liverpool. Certain decisions were considered contentious, in particular two actions involving Ibrahima Konaté which could have led to penalties, recalls the Ile-de-France media.
