Mohamed Salah, it may be over…

Hit in the thigh during Liverpool’s victory against Crystal Palace (3-1), Mohamed Salah may have said goodbye to Anfield…

We don’t know if we will see Mohamed Salah again with the red Liverpool jersey, on the Anfield lawn. In the 59th minute of the match between Liverpool and Crystal Palace, the Egyptian left the pitch greeting his supporters, and especially holding his thigh.

In the event of a muscular problem, it is not certain that Salah will be able to play again in the last four days of the championship. The Pharaoh may have played his last match with the Mersey club, which he will leave at the end of the season with the status of absolute legend.

Salah will leave Liverpool in the Champions League

Even if his last season is particularly difficult, by far his worst since his arrival at the Reds in 2017, Salah can console himself by saying that he will undoubtedly leave Liverpool in the Champions League.

Arne Slot’s men took a big step towards a place in C1 next season by winning against Palace (3-1), including two goals from summer recruits Alexander Isak (35th) – his first since his serious injury – and Florian Wirtz (90th + 6). Andrew Robertson, another legend who will leave Liverpool at the end of the season, also made Anfield roar (40th), perhaps for the last time too.
