AC Milan are playing to scare themselves at the end of the season, and the Rossoneri would do well to be wary for their place in the Champions League next season. Not participating in a second season in a row would simply be a catastrophe, even if it remains, for the time being, science fiction. Five days after their defeat against Naples (1-0), Max Allegri’s men took lightning at San Siro against Udinese (0-3), a team that has been inconsistent this season in Italy. The first fuse was lit by the excellent Arthur Atta after a number by Zaniolo.

The player trained in Rennes scored from a tight angle, helped by poor Davide Bartesaghi, scorer against his camp (27th, 0-1). A passer on the first goal, Zaniolo was also on the second with this caviar placed on the head of Ekkelenkamp (37th, 0-2). At the end of the match, Arthur Atta sounded the death knell for Milan’s hopes. The 23-year-old French midfielder stared at De Winter at the edge of the area and closed his foot Mbappé style for the 3-0 (71st). AC Milan can even consider themselves fortunate that the bill is not higher this evening. In the standings, the Rossoneri remain 3rd but could see Como and Juventus return to 2 and 3 points respectively. Udinese are 10th.
