The Bundesliga could give us a first judgment this Sunday. Following Borussia Dortmund’s defeat against Hoffenheim this afternoon (2-1), Bayern Munich could be officially crowned German champions tomorrow. It will be enough for the Munich residents to grab the point from the draw against Stuttgart to win a 35th title. For the BVB, this defeat is enough to leave regrets. Trailing following Kramarić’s penalty (41st, 1-0), the Marsupiaux reacted at the end of the match thanks to a nice cross strike from Guirassy (87th, 1-1). Kramarić finally finished the job by scoring a new penalty in stoppage time (90th+8, 2-1). With 64 points, Dortmund is still 12 points behind its rival, who still has five games to play.
In the other matches of the afternoon, Leverkusen fell against Augsburg (1-2) and remains fifth. Schick opened the scoring (12th), but former Rennais Fabian Rieder responded with a double (15th, 90th +7). On the side of the German capital, a moment of history was written as Marie-Louise Eta led her first match at the head of Union Berlin, thus becoming the first woman to officiate as number one during a match in the European top 5. His team, however, lost to Wolfsburg (1-2). Finally, Werder won against Hamburg (3-1).
