Mission successful for the Blues. Opposed to Brazil (1-2), three days ago, then to Colombia (1-3), this Sunday evening, the French team did the job during this American tour by offering itself two convincing victories. Present at the microphone of TF1 after this new success against the Cafeteros, Didier Deschamps was logically proud. However, the French coach also gave a rant. The reason? A strong tackle on Michael Olise at the end of the match…

“South American teams are renowned for that, for their intensity, but the last tackle on (Michael) Olise, fortunately he jumps, otherwise he only has one leg left and the absence of VAR makes that easier. Afterwards, it’s good, there is fervor, a tough opponent, intensity. I was angry because of the tackle on Olise, yes, he could break his leg, the aggression, okay, but this goes beyond that, we’re not in American football, that’s what I said to the referee, there’s no tackle, really.”blurted Deschamps, very upset.
