While an intense match between Como and Roma took place in Serie A this Sunday, the locals finally reversed the situation in the second half to win late (2-1). Currently fourth in the standings, ahead of his opponent of the day, the match changed after an exclusion. But it’s not really the sporting side that was noted after the meeting. Since just behind it, a fairly long annoyance had its effect in front of the press. Indeed, Gian Piero Gasperini had left the field without greeting the other technician, Cesc Fabregas. The Spanish coach therefore allowed himself a rant at the microphone of Sky Sports facing journalists.

“When I’m angry, sent off or I think the referee has wronged me, at the end of the match I will always shake the other coach’s hand. We have to lead by example, because the boys follow us. I found it unsporting. As a matter of respect and good sportsmanship, I’m sorry for what happened. I am saddened when one of my colleagues leaves without saying goodbye. I went to say goodbye to him like I always do and saw him leave. In the game you fight, but then you shake hands” he declared, frustrated by this lack of respect… The message got through.
