After Strasbourg, Nice and Toulouse, RC Lens qualified for the final four of the Coupe de France this Thursday by defeating OL on penalties.
Although they were able to lead 0-2 at the break thanks to Thauvin (23rd) and Sima (45th+1), the Sang et Or were still pushed to penalties, joined in the score by Lyonnais rewarded for their efforts in the second half by Yaremchuk (67th) and Himbert (90th+4).
The Lensois were ultimately able to make the difference during the fateful session while Niakhaté was the only shooter kept in check, victim of a save from Risser. And Racing thus reached the semi-finals of the Cup for the first time since 2010.
