Juventus is procrastinating on several important issues. The manager was also positive about the sporting dynamic: despite irregular results, he considers the team “on the right track” and determined to secure the top 4 in Serie A.
Ottolini also justified the absence of an offensive recruit in January. Juve, constrained by certain economic restrictions, did not find the appropriate conditions to complete a transfer. “If the opportunity had presented itself, we would have taken it, but that was not possible. We have confidence in the current squad”he concluded, preferring to focus on stability before the upcoming European deadlines.
