This is one of the hot issues for Marseille training. Considered one of the club’s greatest hopes, Darryl Bakola (18 years old) finds himself in an impasse. Despite an extension offer in his hands, the midfielder has not signed and is dragging his spleen, frustrated by insufficient playing time in his eyes this season. If the name of Chelsea and several European teams came up insistently since the beginning of January, the player’s future could be written far from the Premier League, but on the other side of the Alps.

According to our information, discussions are underway between OM and Sassuolo for a transfer at the very end of the transfer window. The Italian club, firmly established in the middle of the Serie A table and with comfortable financial resources, sensed the right move. The Neroverdi’s strong argument? Playing time, obviously, much more accessible than in London, but also the presence of a certain IsmaĂ«l KonĂ©. The former Marseillais, who is already playing in Emilia-Romagna, could facilitate the integration of the young Bakola. To be continued.
