Atlético formalizes an agreement with Atalanta for Lookman

Atlético de Madrid announced that it had reached an agreement with Atalanta for the transfer of Nigerian international striker Ademola Lookman, 28, subject to the successful completion of a medical check and the signing of his contract. The player is already in Madrid.

After several weeks of negotiations and a fight with Fenerbahce for his services, Lookman joined the rojiblanco club to strengthen the attack of the team led by Diego Simeone. The striker arrives after a brilliant period in Italy where he scored 55 goals and provided 27 assists with Atalanta.
