The Canaries are very close to recruiting a new element. Indeed, according to recent information from Sky ItaliaMohamed Kaba (24 years old) should join FC Nantes. The Ligue 1 club has reached an agreement with its current team, Lecce, for the transfer of the midfielder in the form of a paying loan with a purchase option of €4 million. Courted for several days by the Nantes management, the player was among the club’s priorities, until common ground was reached between the two teams a few hours ago.
As a reminder, the Serie A player has taken part in 17 matches with Lecce this season, scoring only one goal in the Italian Cup. His club, in an alarming red zone in the championship (17th), will therefore probably let him join France during this winter window, while his contract runs until June 2027.
