While Luis Enrique and PSG have just started discussions for a contract extension, many, internally and among fans, believe that the Spaniard is the main architect of Parisian success. Others also point out that if the club works well, it is because the former Barça and Luis Campos get along particularly well. In an interview given to Marcathe sports advisor of PSG spoke about his relationship with Lucho.
“We live in a time with so much technology that sometimes we forget that we are people. Between Luis Enrique and I there has always been a lot of respect and chemistry. I already said that after 10 minutes of our first meeting I knew he was our guy. (…) My experience allows me to have a relationship with him. I know what he needs easily, I understand when he is not happy and I also understand when he is happy. I know how far I can go, and how far he can go, and it’s easier that way to build a good relationship. My role is to help him be in the best conditions to do his work and support him”indicated the Portuguese.
