While everything is complete for the transfer of Robinio Vaz to AS Roma, the Italian coach was questioned about his winter recruit, who arrived in Rome on Tuesday evening and who should therefore be made official this Wednesday: “Am I satisfied with Vaz? It corresponds to the spirit of a team that thinks about the future. This is a very long term project“, he declared on the microphone of Sports Mediaset.
As a reminder, as we exclusively revealed, the two clubs have reached a total agreement for the loan of Robinio Vaz with a compulsory purchase option. For his part, the player also agreed with the Italian capital club for a four and a half season contract. The amount of the operation is estimated at around 25 million euros, bonus included. A considerable sum for the OM coffers on an 18-year-old player bought for just €200,000 in Sochaux two years ago.
