The fight for the Serie A title is often reduced to a three-way match between Inter, Napoli and AC Milan. But AS Roma is well on the starting line, with 39 points (but one more match played), which is as many as Napoli. The team coached by Gian Piero Gasperini has even planned to be active in the winter transfer window, particularly on the offensive level while Dybala, Dovbyk and Ferguson are struggling to display great efficiency, for various reasons. As we revealed to you, the Giallorosso club is on the verge of reaching an agreement with OM for the €25 million transfer of Robinio Vaz.

But that’s not all. Sky Italia explains this Monday that an agreement in principle with Aston Villa for a loan from Donyell Malen, accompanied by a purchase option of 25 to 30 million euros, has been reached. On the other hand, the agreement of the player is still missing, who must be content with Aston Villa for a role of luxury joker. Recruited by Aston Villa last January for 25 million euros after three and a half seasons at Borussia Dortmund (39 goals and 20 assists in 132 games), he scored three goals during his first six months in England and seven others in 29 appearances in all competitions since the start of the 2025-26 season.
