Atalanta started its 20th day of Serie A perfectly by dominating Torino (2-0) at home. Quickly in control, the Dea found the opening in the 13th minute thanks to Charles De Ketelaere, well served between the lines and clinical in front of goal. Organized and aggressive in recovery, Raffaele Palladino’s team then managed its advantage against a Torino who were often dangerous on paper but too imprecise in the decisive areas.

The Granata tried to react, notably through Duván Zapata and Ngonge, without succeeding in bending a solid Bergamo defense around Scalvini and Djimsiti. At the very end of the match, Atalanta definitively sealed the success thanks to Mario Pašalić in added time (90+5′), rewarding a controlled performance. A clear victory which confirms the ambitions of the Dea, while Torino leaves Bergamo without having really weighed offensively.
