BL: first defeat for Bayern Munich, Hoffenheim overthrows Frankfurt, Leipzig unwinds

The 19th day of the Bundesliga continued this Saturday with the traditional multiplex and five matches on the program. Solid leader of the championship, Bayern Munich quickly opened the scoring thanks to a goal from Ito in the first half. In the second half, the Bavarians managed their advantage but finally cracked at the dawn of the last quarter of an hour. If Arthur Chaves equalized, Massengo even offered victory to his team in the process. Despite this defeat (1-2), the first of the season in the Bundesliga, Bayern remains 11 lengths ahead of Borussia Dortmund.

In the other matches, Bayer Leverkusen defeated Werder Bremen (1-0) while Eintracht Frankfurt and Kalimuendo completely collapsed (1-3) against Hoffenheim. On the pitch in Heidenheim, RB Leipzig provided the essentials and remains just off the podium (3-0). Finally, note the victory of Mainz (3-1) against Wolfsburg despite Amoura’s opening score for the visitors.
