Como was hot. After three consecutive victories which allowed it to move closer to the top of the ranking, the team coached by Cesc Fàbregas almost lost at home when they hosted Bologna. First scorer after returning from the locker room (49th, 0-1), Cambiaghi let his partners finish the match ten against eleven during the last half hour. This numerical superiority benefited the Lariani and to the incoming Baturina, author of the equalizing goal in added time (90th + 4, 1-1). The Lombards were looking for something other than this 1-1 draw but will be content with this scenario. They remain 6th, four lengths from the podium while the Rossoblù occupy 8th place.

Still in this first part of the table, Udinese could have benefited from the arrival of Pisa, bottom of the table and looking for a first victory in 9 games, to overtake Bologna. Things didn’t go as planned here either. Former AC Ajaccio attacking midfielder Matteo Tramoni opened the scoring in favor of the relegated side (13th, 0-1). Kabasele (19th, 1-1) and a penalty converted by Davis (40th, 2-1) gave the advantage to the Friuli club, which ultimately had to concede a 2-2 draw after Meister’s equalizer (67th).

The results of the 5 p.m. matches:

Come 1 – 1 Bologna: Baturina (90th + 4); Cambiaghi (49th)

Udinese 2 – 2 Pisa: Kabasele (19th), Davis (sp 40th); Tramoni (13th), Meister (67th)
