While PSG seems to be a club that takes a lot of looks during transfer windows, Galatasaray isn’t the last either. Indeed, according to information from A.S.the Turkish club have reportedly offered Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Fabian Ruiz a loan deal until the end of the season. However, the capital club would not have given its agreement on the terms of this loan, judging that the formula proposed by the Süper Lig club did not fully correspond to its expectations. A short-lived hope during these discussions between the two European structures, which did not begin naturally.

This took shape thanks to the status of the general director of the European champion club, Luis Campos, who recently met with businessman, Abdullah Kavukçu. He is the main person responsible for transfers at the Turkish club, and manages relations between all parties. With such proximity, it seems obvious that Galatasaray is trying to find some loopholes to afford the services of Parisian players. Now, Ruiz does not seem interested in the Turkish club’s project, preferring Ligue 1. The Spanish player has just added a trophy to his collection in the capital against OM yesterday.
