The African Cup of Nations is drawing to a close. Sunday January 18, Morocco will face Senegal in the final of the 35th edition to win the continental title. On the pitch as in the stands, the atmosphere promises to be electric: which of the Atlas Lions or the Téranga Lions will add a second star to their jersey?

Senegal, crowned in 2021, is counting on its executives to repeat the feat. Sadio Mané, scorer of the decisive goal against Egypt in the semi-final, plays the leader of Pape Thiaw’s men. Morocco, for its part, will try to shine at home, carried by its public, after its only coronation in 1976. The Atlas Lions won against Nigeria on penalties (0-0, 4-2 tab), clinching their place for the final.

Tickets at 900 euros

One thing is certain: the public will massively support Morocco. It remains to be seen whether the Stade du Prince Moulay Abdellah will be full. Since the qualification of the Atlas Lions for the final, the entire Moroccan population, and even beyond, has been looking for tickets to have the chance to experience this last match of the competition.

On the parallel market, ticket prices are soaring, currently oscillating between 500 and 800 euros for simple access to the stadium, specifies RMC. A reseller contacted by the media even claims to have three seats in category 2, which he offers at 900 euros each. But the problem remains the same: no purchase on this market guarantees effective entry into the enclosure. Buying a ticket at this price can therefore be risky.
