Juventus traveled to Pisa this Saturday for the 17th day of Serie A. Favorites before the match, the Turinese faced a Pisa team in difficulty, camped in penultimate place in the championship. Luciano Spalletti had chosen to trust Openda in attack alongside Yildiz, while Khéphren Thuram accompanied Locatelli in the middle. Former Lille players Zhegrova and David remained on the bench.

The match, disputed and punctuated by numerous yellow cards, was lively, but remained balanced until the end of the match. Indeed, Juve opened the scoring in the 73rd minute with an own goal from Calabresi, following a counter from Pierre Kalulu, who was also elected man of the match. In stoppage time, Yildiz sealed the victory with a second goal, allowing the Old Lady to win 2-0. With this success, Juventus returns to the podium in the standings, while Pisa remains in 19th place with only 11 points.
