Wolverhampton (20th) will have waited a long time, but this first victory of the season has finally arrived. Faced with West Ham (18th) at the Molineux Stadium this Saturday afternoon during the 20th day of the Premier League, the Wolves were able to count on Jhon Arias’ first goal since his arrival to take the advantage very early in this meeting (4th, 1-0). Hee-Chan Hwang then doubled the lead from the penalty spot (31st, 2-0), before Mateus Mane made the break to punctuate a dream first period for Wolverhampton (41st, 3-0). In the second half, the score did not change, to the delight of Wolves, who won three points for the first time this season. For its part, West Ham continues a 9th match without a victory in the league.
