Dortmund set the price for Karim Adeyemi

After a series of incidents which shook the BVB locker room, Borussia Dortmund is looking into the future of Karim Adeyemi. Between altercations, bottle throwing and tensions on the pitch, the young 23-year-old striker now sees his behavior closely monitored. According to Bildthe club’s management must meet just after Christmas to decide both the financial sanction to be applied and the player’s future direction within the club.

Initially, Dortmund considered an extension of Adeyemi’s contract with a salary increase and the addition of a release clause. But recent misconduct makes this prospect uncertain. Indeed, the club wishes above all to preserve the market value of its attacker and has set the minimum starting price at 60 million euros.
