Qualified as “glorious retrospective”this publication was accompanied by other content celebrating the best moments of the season, providing a little nod to Flamengo and their loss against PSG.
Players who took part in Botafogo’s campaign also shared their memories on social media. On the Flamengo side, the defeat on penalties against PSG will be marked by the exceptional performance of Matvey Safonov, who stopped four Brazilian attempts, offering the Parisians their first world title.
