Continuation and almost end of the 15th day of the German championship, pending the Bayern match in Heidenheim, with a bottom-of-the-table duel. Mainz, bottom of the championship, welcomed St Pauli, sixteenth in the Bundesliga and play-off. A match already decisive in the race for maintenance, which ended in a sad 0-0.
Even though it was Mainz who dominated the proceedings, whether in terms of chances created or possession of the ball, Urs Fischer’s troops failed to shake the net. The two teams are therefore standing still in the standings… The three points would have been good to take this evening for one of the two teams, since after the break, Mainz will travel to Union Berlin while St. Pauli will host Leipzig.
