After the break, the Giallorossi were rewarded for their efforts. After a cross from Rensch, Soulé shifted Wesley to the right side. The Brazilian right-back’s first-intention strike then deceived Como’s French goalkeeper, Jean Butez, for the opener (61st, 1-0). This achievement by the ex-Flamengo player, who arrived in Italy this summer, was enough to give the three points to Roma, who also obtained a seventh clean sheet in 15 league matches played. The Louve club climbs to 4th place in the Serie A standings, just three points behind the leader, Inter Milan, and four units ahead of Juventus (5th), whom it will face this Saturday.
