However, before exploding at Bayern Munich, he could have gone to Real Madrid.
In a podcast on S.Z. “Und nun zum Sport”, journalist Sebastian Leisgang revealed an anecdote about the young Lennart Karl. When he was 10 years old, he received an invitation from Real Madrid to take a trial in June 2018: “he had a trial at Real Madrid at the age of 10. There were training courses at regional level, including one in GroĂźkrotzenburg in the Aschaffenburg region. From there he moved on to the next round, in Memmingen. He established himself there again and was later invited to Real Madrid, which allowed him to play at the venerable BernabĂ©u stadium.
